Of course you can! You can check your balance and transactions using the following banking software: Internet Bank, Telephone Bank, ATMs, also through our Call Center - in this case you will be asked to give the code word.

Can I transfer money from a card account to a current or other account or vice versa?

Money can be transferred to a card account not only from a current account but also from any other account and from any bank around the globe. Money from one card account to another card account (Bank Repoblic, Bank of Georgia, Standard Bank, Silk Road Bank) may be transferred only through ATM.

Where can I receive a statement of my card account?

A statement of your card account can be received through ATM (ATM makes it possible to receive the statement of authorized transactions carried out during the last month), Internet Bank and by visiting the branch.

Can I buy goods through the Internet, using my card account?

Goods may be purchased through the Internet by means of: Viza Classic, Viza Business, Viza Gold and Viza Platinum cards.
